Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of the transaction or within 30 days if unauthorized account access is alleged. Refunds are subject to deduction of bonuses and winnings.
Accounts inactive for 12 months are deemed dormant and may incur a monthly administrative fee of €30 or equivalent.
Claims related to these Terms must be filed within one year from the date of the incident.
Complaints can be submitted via the support team. The Casino’s decision will be final and binding.
Player accounts, winnings, or claims cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Cyprus under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
